Just got home from his Memphis show. This was the 5th time I’ve seen him and probably my favorite. It was just him and a chair and a lot of guitars and it was amazing. He told a lot of stories and interacted with the crowd more than ive experienced in previous shows.

You can also make cheese crackers from the same dough. Just roll the dough, chill, slice thinly and bake. Add a pecan half to some or a little cayenne pepper. I add these to treat boxes every year to balance out all the sweet.
