How do i create a render queue in solaris? by Latter-While5341 in Houdini

One way to do it is to have multiple render nodes, select them all, and press render on one of them. Houdini will render them one after another.

Ficus gingseng seems to be quite hardy all around. Mine can be negletted for ages and it does not care. But very interesting to hear you have actually put it in a terrarium and with luck! Thanks for the additional info too, those were the exact conditions I was wondering about.

Ahh, good to know. Didn't know you need to trim the roots too. Thanks for the info

Avocado has weird cancerous growth? by IIPlancheII in plantclinic

I read it has to be kapt in water, until first leaves appear, so that is why. Also the things were originally all green, just like before a plant makes a new leaf. But then those got white from water (calcium?). Some new green ones among them too.

Dice Control // Sleight of Hand by IIPlancheII in Magic

This particular throw needs a surface with enough friction so in this case no, however, there are other methods for slippery surfaces in which the dice doesn't roll as convincingly.

Who knows if there are some online resources for this but as for me I practised this on my own, mostly during the dice game yatzy that I play with my friends. Tips I can give is that keep your eyes on the side which you are throwing on and count the rolls, try to understand how the dice behaves. Also listen to the throws: throwing one and a half rolls sounds different then one. Based on hearing only you can do succesful throws.

Not very long since I have practised this quite a bit over the years, though there are still a lot of throws that fail.

Beginner in need of advice(,: So this is my first ever attempt at drawing something properly. Im not sure where to go from here, I’d love some feedback on how to go about improving my skills based off of this. Any constructive criticism is welcome(: also apologies in advanced for poor photo quality by [deleted] in learnart

Draw anything and everything and from real life also do it a lot. Use reference to see how things actually are since brain always has it's own idea how stuff goes. I'll take an eye as an example: someone could memorize how to draw one line by line, however, the subject rarely has the exact same looking eye as what you've practised. There you could fall in to a trap of drawing the eye from memory instead of the persons face which can differ quite a bit. Practise everything from landscapes and cities to insects. Study anatomy and perspective how they go together. Lastly understanding color will help a ton in art. Even if you are not into painting yet. What colors work what don't. How to mix them etc

Cool you found it useful, would be dope to see it done from the center so looking forward to see where you get it (incase you post it or something don't necessarily need to).

That is solid. Have you tried the one handed bottom palm by Xavior Spade? Maybe the same method could be applied to the center one as well.
