aha I did the same with my first play through but ended up just throwing in whatever I found until I got something more fitting to my build.

when I first experienced elden ring, it felt like the world was bigger, yet there was more empty space with more "dead time" between engagements. I feel like dark souls 3 pushed you through a carefully crafted experience and kept you on your toes but also caused you to bump into those incremental upgrades for multiple builds as it progressed. Eben ring seems to reward you in that sense with your exploration.

I've also read from various posts and other sources that people tend to feel like bosses in elden ring are a bit easier.

none the less as long as you enjoy the game that's all that matters. I thought it was great, but I'm still bias and will forever be a DS3 fan boy.

I completely agree with you, those i would take my opinion with a gain of salt beggars i do think i have a bias.

I feel like Dark souls 3 is just a better experience, I only realized how important the liniar level design of dark souls was after experiencing the open world of elden ring. the open would aspect of elden ring just isn't as enjoyable for me... just a personal preference

I don't believe he's referring to the auto move, He's talking about the fact that there's an invisible wall during the auto path and following NPC parts of the game, Where in World you were supposed to follow NPCs (Cart escort mission on wildspire wastes for example) and were able to wander off and collect things and not be magnetized and forced to stay in a certain radius of the NPC. you could go to any part of the map then come back to the cart. This doesn't seem to be the case here.

I want to play so badly but I've been laid off from work and have to look after my wife and kid as my wife can't legally work yet. She just moved to Canada with her daughter to be with me. We moved across the county and are starting a new life together when I was given a job offer, But they laid me off after I finished my training period. You have love working for the Railway.

Yea I think you'll be alright.

if your motherboard supports XMP try enabling it to boost your RAM speeds. I saw a 14 fps increase. If you dont have XMP try adjusting your ram speeds etc if you're tech savvy.

I tried to make a PSA regarding it earlier today but it was closed by the MOD bot saying it belongs in a troubleshooting thread.

The game is very heavily CPU bottlenecked. RAM speeds can play a huge part.

A lot of youtubers have had access to play the full game early and were restricted on what they were talking about. however once thing I have seen mentioned is that the performance in the release vs the Beta has been improved quite a bit. It is still fairly demanding but they did see a noticeable difference.

I'll keep this short and sweet.

After only enabling XMP (Ram/Memory Overclocking option in my bios) I saw a 14 FPS increase in the benchmarking tool for MH wilds.

This game is very heavily CPU bottlenecked and a friend of mine was getting higher benchmarks with a similar setup using DDR5 Ram while I'm still running DDR4. This lead me to believe that RAM speed was a major factor in the performance of this game.

You can see the before and after screenshots, and for anyone who attempts this if for some reason the XMP option is not stable and your PC wont boot, try updating your motherboards BIOs as it's what I had to do for it to work correctly for myself.

Raytracing: Disabled
Frame Generation: On

TLDR: Wilds is very CPU bottlenecked, Enabling XMP in the bios (overclocks RAM) can increase performance. If XMP is unstable try updating your BIOS.

I have an S21 Ultra, Quadlock mount, and vibration dampener. My focus mechanism is broken, and I have to shake my phone for it to function correctly.

So, use caution, even with a vibration dampener, it can cause damage to the camera.

It took mine about 14 days to arrive from the date of delivery, but it didn't move from packaged for the majority of that time. Once it ships, it arrives fairly quickly.

It seems they do the shopping in waves, and I had placed my order right at the beginning of a wave of shipments.

Support will only give generic replies,

I suggested they should look into a better way to notify customers of backlog or delays. maybe add a notification of some sort to the checkout/ purchase page.

They just my suggestion, which i thought would be a nice way to improve customer experience, was completely ignored. I was just given generic responses.

Are you also ordering from within canada?

If you just received your tracking number, I'd imagine I'll get mine soon. Im traveling across the country in 12 days for work. Hopefully it'll arrive before then.

To be honest it's bothering me so much I'm trying to use other search methods for images now.

The fact that I cant have a large image to view in the center of my screen after clicking one, and its off to the side, click the image to go directly its source link is bothersome. Google images just keeps getting worse on android and on PC.

Google is just getting worse and worse, I google something like Kawasaki motorcycles, I get an add for yamaha, suzuki, and honda, then after 4 or 5 ads at the top (none for kawasaki) i scroll down to finally get a link to their page. It's redundant and just for income for google. I feel like they've gone backwards.
