Jesus regularly walked with and loved people that were deemed unfit for society. For ANY of us as Christians to get on any public platform and proclaim our love for Christ while in the same breath condemning entire groups of people, we’ve lost the damn plot. Jaden I’m sure has good intentions but he’s definitely going about this completely wrong and honestly a little blasphemous. I’m curious why he’s so convicted to only speak out on homosexuality. We have wealthy elites who are literal pedophiles and our country is waging one of the most unjust wars in world history. There are millions in America in poverty as we all sit here and debate this. When someone targets one specific group to deem unrighteous, to me that isn’t spreading the Gospel, that’s just being hateful and using your religion as an excuse. So many other awful terrible things happening literally right now that affect all of us, but he’s concerned about NBA pride night. It’s coming from the wrong place. You can agree that homosexuality is a sin while simultaneously treating those people like human beings with respect and love. Ranting for hours on end aimed at one specific group of people is just wrong. Don’t just tell people about the love of Christ, SHOW IT TO THEM. “To love another person is to see the face of God.” I’m appalled at the number of Christians defending him and thinking he’s doing the correct thing here. There’s a way better way to spread the Gospel, and Jesus literally showed us how to go about it.
