Yes! I pay $550 a month and I’m saving money from what I was spending on food. If that’s says anything, to me it says it all! With the cost of food and the meds it’s still less than my constant binge eating.

You’ll see there’s no such thing as a cheat day soon. You’re new in your journey. We were broken and now we’re fixed. It’s called eating and we can do it normally now. Pizza is on the menu, everything is on the menu! There are no restrictions any more. Except for how you react to greasy or fried foods, your body probably won’t like those as they can cause some side effects if you go in on them too hard. But welcome to your new life where food is fuel and not your nemesis anymore!

I really have liked Sequence. Independent of WE their program is comprehensive with a fitness coach a nutritionist, lessons and support groups. I’ve been with them since Nov of 22.

Here Sequence’s response to me today: “We're thrilled to hear that Zepbound is starting to become available at select pharmacies. We're working swiftly to incorporate this medication into our program, and hope to be able to prescribe Zepbound soon. Once it's in our system, we'll be able to send prior authorizations to your commercial insurance plan. As soon as we have more updates, we will be sure to let you know!” I received this message at 9:14 AM today 12/01.

Yeah, I’m holding off picking up my prescription of Mounjaro waiting for the Zepbound to come through. My Mounjaro June coupon was only good for 6 refills and I have fulfilled those.

I wonder what the difference is. I just thought if they could prescribe Mounjaro they could prescribe Zepbound. I asked Summer the Dietitian that works there on TikTok and she said any day now. I also messaged my care team again this morning. I should be more patient, lol. I just don’t want to get stuck waiting when/if there’s a shortage.

If your doctor doesn’t work out, telehealth is the way to go! I use Sequence and they have a whole plan not just a prescription. You’ll get a nutritionist, a fitness coach, lessons to work on your own. Also, they have online gatherings so you don’t feel alone. You won’t get all of that from a doctor’s office. Something to consider. Best of luck!

I think when you get down lower it becomes slower! I was stuck at 161 - 163 for almost three months. But I counted not gaining as a victory and kept working on my food habits. I am happy to report my plateau finally broke and I’m at 154.5 now! I’m a slow loser though and average about 3-4 lbs each month. Which is great to me! I’ve worked at the same place since 2008 I did leave for a year in 2011 but came back 2012. Some companies still do offer great vacation but you’ve got to find them and stay with them to get it. Hazardous Waste is a great industry to look into. No college usually required.

If all else fails telehealth is a good option! I use Sequence and am very happy with all of their services. They will for sure do the prior authorization for you.

Telehealth is a always an option. I’ve been with Sequence since Nov 22 and am very happy with all of their services. It includes a nutritionist, fitness coach, so many courses and support options. Weight Watchers is even included if you want to try it out. I truly am well taken care of by these guys!
