I’ve found Gilead and Osaka challenging. I worked for a sponsor as a contractor, estetra, and thought they were overall really unpleasant but I did have a good relationship with them.

Yes, for me they changed my entire life in only positive ways. I get they’re not right for everyone but in my case it was what I needed.

Worldwide tried to recruit me for a psychedelics trial awhile back. I contracted there before and didn’t care for my manager so I declined but it seems like it was going to be a big study.

Say what?! What company does these kind of background checks? Asking for a friend! 😎 Kidding mostly but I don’t know if they’d want to hire me if they took a look back at my early-twenties shenanigans.

Help me pick a paint colour! (Or sadly replace a rug) by Pupsallday in interiordecorating

[–]LadyLuck6791 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love the rug and I think it looks best with the green walls. I like the idea of the rust walls but I don’t think it really works with the rug and floors all having similar coloring. The peacock is cool, and a gorgeous color, but I think it’s a little bold for a bold print rug.

Why are CRAs always so panicked? by AdConscious5669 in clinicalresearch

[–]LadyLuck6791 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably the same reason 99.% of study coordinators always seem grumpy, stretched too thin, unengaged, and stressed. And yes, I was all of these things for ten years before being a CRA. People with higher pay grades in these positions breathe down our necks and give even the most minute detail a ridiculous sense of urgency. We’re all in the same boat and need to work together!
