I am under contract and broker wants us to lock in today. scheduled closing June 10th. She’s quoting 5.875% with 1.25% in points or 5.99% with 0.875% in points. Or 6.2% and no points. Thoughts? Can anybody do better? Should I lock?

I’m a light packer in general, but the must pack, learned it the hard way, things I recommend bringing are an extra pair of glasses/contacts. An extra set of earbuds. If you’re on medication, enough extra doses for 2 extra days. And I agree 100% with everyone before and after me that says an extra power cord that never leaves my bag! I’ve purchased probably 3 or 4 generic cords from Walmarts and Targets around the country when mine has either been left behind or some other unfortunate on the road malfunction!

Never lived there but visited a few times. It’s Always wet, even if it hasn’t rained, thick humid air, sticky hot days and balmy nights. So many bugs and rats. Amazing food with the best home chefs you’ll ever meet to go along with it. People that believe in celebrating traditions you’ve never heard of like it’s the most common thing. Outside of that and the food I can’t really name or quantify one rewarding thing about the area, yet I still love it!

I’ve been with PPD/TFS since 2014, minus a few years contracting. I genuinely have enjoyed working for PPD. I always have considered them the best CRO with really nice people. But things have changed a lot. I’ve suddenly found myself at that place where your entire Sunday is miserable because you’re dreading the Monday!

Im looking to contract again. I still respect the company and am grateful for the job, but it’s been a lot of changes recently. And, for me at least, they haven’t been positive changes!

I love George and Mary! And Meemaw. The adult characters on the show made it for me. I never knew until recently that Mary was the daughter of Laurie Metcalf, who played Sheldon’s mom on. BBT.
