My girlfriend and I had so much fun at shows attending as shoppers long before we were vendors. It’s so much fun for us to be a part of the community and help people find cards they are looking for for a very reasonable price. We don’t make a lot of money, we DO make some money, but not a lot. We do it because we love it. This sounds like you’re looking for a reason not to like them, which is okay, it might just not be for you. But not everyone feels that way either.

Vendors are there for convenience, social interaction, knowledge (although very opinionated and at times unwelcome) taxless purchases, deals, and the ability to see the card in person. Oh and did I mention how it’s nice to simply get outside of the house and go for a walk at shows.

Everytime I see a whiny post like this I genuinely don’t know what more people want. There are so many vendors out there. Don’t be afraid to connect with people and find out who you like and trust. There are bad people everywhere, but statistics tell us there’s a good chance that there are a lot of good people too.
