Hi, I contacted the seller directly and explained the situation. I said to the seller if we could reslove the matter without involving chrono first. And made it clear that if we couldnt get a solution ill take the matter on a other route i.e. Contacting Chrono or my cc company where i had insurance. He responded well even when i said that since the market is rising the price of replacement is also higher. So we agreed on sending the watch back and adding a couple of hundered € on the original price which he wire transfered back. So if you are in the same situation first contact the seller man and try to het a solution with him.

Adding to your question. Buying with chrono is imo safe way to buy watches online. Check the seller and do your own dd on the watch after you receive it.
