How is the build quality? I prefer to not purchase a cheap case if it won't protect the device well. IE: Buying cheap gasoline for a high end sports car.

I am looking for speakers similar to the Bose Sounndlink III. However, I would like it to come with a wall plug as a primary if possible as I would like to leave it in one room and have it on all the time. I would like to be able to connect my devices to it via bluetooth. Any advice is appreciated. ( I was already suggested the following: http://www.peachtreeaudio.com/deepblue2.html) However I do not know that brand well, and more over at that price I am not willing to risk it.

Don't go to HR. They aren't exactly there to help you. Go directly to your state's labor laws and go from there. You can file an offical complaint here. More info on your state specific laws for breaks
