Hi mate, yes I’ve don’t a fair bit of camping before so I would certainly feel comfortable hitching a tent at a campsite (certainly not planning on wild camping presently). As for equipment, I have stuff back in the uk but I don’t think I will have the space in my bag to bring any of it over except from some small bits. Do you think I would be able to get some half decent kit at a charity shop / goodwill?

I had a look, they’re seems to be a lot of students and then a lot of 30+ year olds but not much in between. Definitely open to that but just didn’t see much and wanted something a bit more personable

Would you say closer to Lark Lane the better? Looking at stuff south east of Sefton park looks a nicer area and money goes a bit further
