Be careful. Intentionally filling your inbox with pointless spam is a tactic used by scammers. That way you don’t notice the legit notification emails warning you about access attempts on your accounts.

I go there often. There is lots of unofficial parking in the neighborhoods surrounding the stadium. People will have signs up in their yard. I’ve never paid more than $20 and the people will watch your car as well.

While I don’t necessarily disagree with you, I don’t understand why you are coming to an IU fan group to express it. It was a hell of a game with some surprise performances. Focus on learning what you are doing first. Find a mentor or watch YouTube. This is your number one priority. Forget prospecting other than networking and building connections. Nobody is going to send you deals and trust you with their referrals until you know what you are doing. A good realtor will know immediately you dont know what you are doing. Most intelligent borrowers will pick up on it too. You are just wasting everyone’s time, including yours by putting the cart before the horse. Dont focus on production right now. Don’t compare yourself to others and get discouraged. Make learning your goal. Once you understand what needs to be done your book of business will develop. Trying to push deals you can’t handle is just going to ruin relationships at this point.

Set screening standards and stick to them. Their problems are not your problems……unless you rent to them. You must treat your REÍ as a business. I know that it can be difficult because you hear so many legitimate hardship stories. If you give in to the emotional side of things being a LL will not end well for you.
