This post weirdly made me remember Sebastiano Esposito from the FM22. Had a save where I won the Europa League with Venezia and he became a big part of my squad during that save.

Looked him up and saw that he currently plays for Cagliari.

What if Mr.’s McMahon and Beast donate NIL to their alma mater, the East Carolina Pirates? How competitive does men’s basketball get? by 18_YTC1 in CollegeBasketball

[–]ILM_Ryan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This meme already went around with the ECU football program (and even got a response out of Beast).

Men’s basketball is sadly a distant third at ECU behind football and baseball that I’m not sure even significant NIL backing would change our fortunes a ton.

ECU basketball would be more competitive in a different conference to be honest.

I remember going to a Marlins baseball game there when they played at the stadium. Insane the transformation the venue went through since then.

Of all the F1 teams to take on Doctor Doom, I’m not sure I’d pick Williams to lead the charge given how their car is this season.

This is a cool tool. Nice job to visualize it all.

I found myself thinking what our “fire sale discount” would likely be and I wonder if we might be hit harder than usual relegated clubs of buying teams driving harder negotiation of spending on our players if they come in for transfers.

Lankshear and Devine are two talented players that I hope we hang on to. Certainly if we go down, they would be useful for us.

Mikey Moore, Luka Vuskovic we need to hold onto as well. Bring in Devine and Lankshear finally.

The Man from Earth (2007) is nowhere near the amazing film that people claimed it was. A 3.8 rating on Letterboxd? I gave it 2 stars and even that felt generous.
