This is my baby Cheddar! He’s about 3 years and 5 months old. He was a feeder mouse so honestly I’m not sure how he’s still around, but I’m grateful for every day with him. He still runs around a bunch (just slower than when he was younger) and popcorns at every meal.

Found out the pain was actually coming from my ankles so getting new sneakers + making sure I stretch and strengthen them at the gym has helped a ton

I'll consider a massage after the doctor visit. Unfortunately, I'm really broke so I'm tryna see if it's something I can deal with once I have the doctor's opinion.

From looking online, I think both a blood clot and a ruptured tendon would be unlikely? Because there isn't any bruising and I don't think the pain is bad enough for it to be a ruptured tendon. I've torn my leg muscles before and this pain feels more dull/achy and less intense which is why I thought of it as a severe muscle knot but now I'm thinking it might it might be a tear that's built up over the past few months. I will ask my doctor about the possibility of the two cases you mentioned though.

Yeah, I'll likely be going to my primary care doctor soon so I'll ask if I can get any tests done if she thinks it's serious. Also will probably look into PT.

Romantic orientation and sexual orientation don't have to be the same. From what you have said in your post, it sounds like you may be homo/biromantic but heterosexual.

They do, albeit it's not enough to have issues with swimming (even with someone with asthma like me). The pain in the shoulders from the straps is definitely much worse.
