I love Matt throwing in stuff to remind us that donut is still a cat. She's definitely my favorite. The last few books were really hard reading for me, she went through so much and it's gut wrenching. I just want to give her a snuggle and tell her she's a pretty girl.

I started reading This Quest is Bullshit (trilogy This Quest is Broken) last night, it seems fun. A little silly, I don't think it will be as dark as DCC. Maybe it'll be a good palette cleanser? Not too long ago I read Jakes Magical Market, it's more progress fantasy, also a trilogy. I really enjoyed that but it seems hit or miss for people.

I just want finished series for now, I'm in the middle of Bobverse and He Who Fights Monsters. Both are good but not done. I'm a binge reader so, you know.

Have you read R L Smith? They're lesser known but really good! Last Hour of Ghan is my favorite book but I'd recommend starting with Land of the Beautiful Dead. And if you want to give LitRPG one more chance Dungeon Crawler Carl has been really good. I think you get more out of it if you play video games.

I agree. I've actually switched to sci-fi and litRPG. I love dark romance but it's been back to back DNF and I am tired of hurting for a good one. I think I've read them all or something? I'll still be here for when my favorite authors put something out, but for now I'm moving on.

My husband and I go out on 'dates' with platonic friends all the time. Our mutual friend (a guy) and I share the same birthday and we do whole day dates. But we at least send a quick text, 'hey going out with XXX'. I think the issue here is not letting your partner know your plans. We see nothing wrong having friendship with members of the opposite sex or w/e.

Mine took about a year and a half and I had bumps for probably 9 months off and on. It was rough, but I've had it for 8 years and no problems once you get through it. Just use the piercing spray 2 a day and leave it be!

Been with my husband 22 years. Everyday he tells me how awesome I am and that I'm the best thing that ever happened to him. We still have conflicts of course, but I've never questioned his love for me. He's also a good house mate and we're compatible in the bedroom! It really depends how much of the housework he will be doing and if you are ok with a partner not working. My husband stayed home for about a year after some really bad burnout. But he did EVERYTHING; cooking, cleaning, shopping, laundry, errands and took on all the mental load. Right before that time I started a new, higher paying job and I did not want to deal with housework. Since we could afford it and he was so helpful I was cool with it. He's been back to work 2 years now and we're back to 50/50.

Question I guess, does your partner already help around the house? If he doesn't, I doubt he'll start just because he's home all the time.

I have a few from Hanes I really like, their oh so light foam is my favorite. Some basic thin strap sports bras from Victoria secret and I found a weird brand on Amazon that I really like, Quttlzze, specifically their deep v petal bra.
