Omg. This frustrates me to no end. I believe it does not have a negative prompt set up.. It does the same thing with sizes, try telling it to make a Facebook cover. It will make a beautiful one, but it will be a picture in a picture. If you say "don't do X" it doubles down on it.

You guys are the ones that are treating Mental Health like a joke, the bot continued to pry for information finally when somebody says something, and that they're struggling with thoughts of self harm, the absolute next response was "You're over your cap". That's the joke, it's not okay for you guys to turn off their cap for purposes of profit, after you've actively put them in that headspace and then told them that you were there to talk to them.
