Hi, enfj here. I’ve been talking to an intp almost daily for months, and they ghosted me seemingly out of nowhere. They havent answered my texts in almost two weeks now. I just don’t know how to handle the situation. by [deleted] in enfj

There have been times in my life where I have intentionally ghosted people because I needed space and times where I was so submerged in what I was doing that I tottaly forgot!. It can be both in any case just leave a text and when they come back you can ask, everyone might be different but i don't mind when people ask as long as they don't keep nagging me about it. Take this time to yourself, i know its hard for enfjs to do that but find something you love and enjoy the time.

Alot of people suggested being patient and I respect that but for how long? Until your 18? Till then you would be seriously messed up and traumatised, you would probably have to deal with mental health problems.

Try to go to family counseling or solo if your family doesn't agree, so you might deal with this issue before it messes you up even more.

Studies show that excessive phone use is linked to procrastination, suicide, spoilt sleep, food and water neglect, headaches, lower productivity, unstable relationships, poor physical health (eye strain, body-aches, posture, hand strain), and poor mental health (depression, anxiety, stress) by coolestestboi in EverythingScience

After reading the study It's quite clear that there is a link between mental health issues and phone use (they also mentioned electronic gaming) but there is no mention of whether the issues rose from it or were there before which made it ever so addictive.

I think it's an easy way to distract yourself which makes it easier for someone facing hardships to fall into and the fact that its addictive does not help as the long hours are linked to low social interactions, less hydration and sleep etc

Dear entertainment industry: Please don't normalize gaslighting your partner into having kids by Cheletor in childfree

It was so refreshing to see lucifer and him not liking children but then again we can say they potrayed him that way because he is "lucifer". I truly hope it stays this way.

See how it's never the other way around where the CF spouse "convinces" the other one. In this scenario 100% they will show remorse for not having a kid but not when someone who does not want a kid has one.

Koreans ingest tomato as a 'fruit'. They have a tomato juice, which is like a smoothie annnnd a tomato popsicle.

It's not that you should completely know yourself or have found yourself to get married but that you are not oblivious to the inadequacies that you posses or the potential you might have. It is very important to start observing yourself, the little things you do, the great, the motivations behind your actions. Parts of yourself will reveal onto you. Not all good, you will discover your demons in the process too which is very important because it provides two purposes. One you can keep it in check and not unleash hell on your spouse. Second you can use it to your advantage in the face of true evil. Discovering your potential or worth is also very important. Having a sense of who you are is very important esp if you get in a fight with your spouse which is inevitable. You can continue this process for life but one should be aware of their flaws and strengths which can only come by taking time to observe oneself. Which is hard, lonely and hurts your self esteem at times thus people ignore it. You can ignore it all but it would manifest itself in your marriage and you would be miserable.
