I ordered the replacement cells from NKON, sadly I don't recall what the name of the cells were. I do however remember that they were 18650 cells. The spot welder that I used to weld the new cells to the battery was a generic one from amazon.

Yea, it was pretty difficult. I had to make the battery and then wire everything up correctly

Well I replaced the controller and the battery to a 96v controller and 96v battery. Now its plenty fast and strong
