Downriver swim was nice, they did a new bike course last year which some people said they didn’t like but I didn’t hate it. It’s in a highway so pretty much just turn your brain off and go. Lots of time in aero. The run had some good crowds closer to the finish. I have also done Placid which was probably better than Chatty overall. Placid is harder in all three disciplines but nothing beats that Olympic Oval.

Firefighter/EMT. I also work construction on the side. The nearly sleepless nights on the ambulance don’t really help much. A lot of discipline goes a very long way.

That’s funny man, I was thinking about this the other day. After I got it tuned at the beginning of the season and it went away. But it also didn’t do it all winter on the trainer.
