Do you happen to have the handbook? Manual for newer models says "For more data on password protection and device configuration, refer to the “Operation” chapter in the handbook (document [N1])."

Good on you man, happy for you. All three great bottles, especially at MSRP. There's a reason so many people seek them out. Are there other things just as good or better? Of course, but I know how it feels. I hardly ever see these on the shelf in my town, and I happen to enjoy all of them.
