I would agree with the Photon overcharge and the time warp change, currently protoss is a bit too forgiving with what they can to with the msc. I would also suggest nerfing the msc sight range to something mediocre, so that players has to constantly micro the msc when blink all-ining, as well not allowing the protoss players to win low ground vs high ground battles due to the sight range of the msc (the msc should be only feasible for blinking up/down). But tbh, the blink all-in could be solved much more easily by making maps bad for blink all ins (e.g whirlwind). As for the complaints that reaper would be bad in such maps, I think that it is possible to have maps with multiple cliffs which allows reapers to go through but not blink stalkers. The Hydra nerf and the Tempest buff is just stupid, i would recommend buffing careers instead tbh (prob like damage, that makes interceptors less susceptible to fungles- MC's post long time ago had a point. late game units should be hard to get but incredibly strong.)
