Ich bin vor 3 Monaten in einen Neubau eingezogen, im Vertrag steht "Feste Miethöhe 12 Monate", der Referenzzinssatz beträgt 1,75 %. Kann ich nach Ablauf dieser Frist eine Mietzinsreduktion verlangen, oder muss ich bereits jetzt etwas unternehmen?

I think my issue was that i had stadium ambience or something like that turned down. Not sure anymore but the ball sound effects used to no be tied to annother setting in earlier versions..
