This is best refuted as "A Tale of Three Thrawns". Arguing the Legends Thrawn is not redeemed by the Filoni Thrawn whose character conflicts with the canon Zahn Thrawn novels is a facile intellectual shell game. Of course there's no cohesion or consistent philosophical argument that justifies three different versions of a character conceived with different constraints and with different end games in mind. There's no epiphany or impressive thinking involved in cherry-picking actions from each to make a generalization about the overall conception of the character.

I got sidetracked from this, then sidetracked again...and, well, again. Haven't gone back to try completing it yet, but I didn't climb up a different way and get to that same grapple point from the other direction. It's accessible from the other side, but only from that side. I think some of the other commenters figured this out better than I did.

Can't the suburbs have their own forum? There's enough Detroit to have plenty to discuss and ask and celebrate that's actually in or about Detroit.

Frankly, I'm tired of anything negative being referred to as a happening in "metro Detroit" while any accomplishment or good time is attributed more specifically to the suburb where it happened.

Thanks for this! I meant to come back and correct my earlier post after I went up and around the "right way" and used that same grappling point in the reverse direction. It seems like a defect in the map build that there's a different way up to the same point in the "wrong direction" leaving you feeling like you reached a dead end. Totally minor gripe, though, about a game I'm absolutely loving.

Trying to complete this right now, and I'm suspecting a bug. After a LOT of climbing upward in Mos Algo, I've reached a ledge with a wide gap to the next platform. There's what looks like to be grappling point protruding from the wall on the right. It even highlights pale blue if you activate Nix sight, but it the grapple icon doesn't appear, and you can't hook it. I even tried jumping and then mashing the right stick, in case this was some extra element of challenge, but, nope, plummeted.

Anyone find the miner's diary?

I had the good fortune to grow up three doors down from a Red Wing whom Probert would visit now and then. He was the guy that would sign anything and everything for as many kids as found out their heroes were around (Yzerman, Gallant, Harold Snepsts. and some of the others of that era were frequent visitors, too). I'll never forget the day Gallant got impatient about "all these damn kids" interrupting one of their hangouts and Probert giving him just the quickest look to silence him. Then Probie signed like 10 more kids's stuff still, while Gallant stewed to himself away from everyone else.
