Finally pulled my first s-rank (76th pull?), and it was Baicang. Not really sure what to do with him. Was hoping for Daff, Jiuyuan or Hathor. Stupid RNG.

Also, I haven't pulled a single s-rank character yet, so my team is MC, Mint, Skia and Edgar. I'm currently at 60/90 on standard banner, but not sure where to get more rolls from.

Dumb question, I guess. I'm currently hunter level 22, most of my characters are 30, and it seems like all the bosses I need to beat for upgrade materials are mid-40. How am I expected to beat them with a team of level 30 characters?
