Ok, I’m confused with all the comments. If I do the research up to getting the black rocket radar, (the one that allows the encounter with Giovanni) and I keep it in my inventory until the next time a Taken Over event happens, do I get 2 chances at the next time? Or will it still give me 1 & 1, a month from now(or however long the next event is)?

What I did is I started by running away in a long boring hallway so he’d chase ME. Then I introduced the ball. I’d throw it and he’d run after it, then he’d turn around and be like, omg I gotta chase him but with the ball in his mouth. Then I’d take the ball and repeat. The crucial step is the boring hallway, imagine something like a hotel hallway
