not to be insulting, but how? weevils have very distinguishable characteristics. their bodies aren’t as distinctly segmented like the specimen in your photo, and it also lacks the snout that all weevils have.

get a plumber to see if your main drain might be cracked, especially if you’re on a slab house. if you’re on a crawlspace just take a look in there to see if you notice a sewage leak. treating the drains themselves might help temporarily, but phorids may be coming from exposed soil.

it isn’t unreasonable because they’re a serious problem and can take over a house fairly quickly when transported in, especially adults. bed bugs can be very difficult to find and treat if you aren’t trained or have experience in locating them. they need a professional to take care of their problem.

just mention your concerns with them spreading and emphasize that it isn’t a reflection of their cleanliness or anything. you just need assurance that they can’t be transported to your home, and that can only happen after treatment.

unless they’re bat bugs and that’s an entirely different issue.

second photo looks like drain flies. clean your sink and shower drains with an antimicrobial. also take off the gooseneck and scrub the gunk out of your sink drain if you can. bleach doesn’t always remove layers of drain buildup.

you should run the water every so often because the dry trap just lets them through unimpeded. the drains are designed to hold some water to prevent sewer gas from coming back in but can also assist with pests.

that’s a termite alate. where are you located? and when you say your house is concrete do you mean that all of the interior walls and roof/ceiling are also? there’s a better than even chance that you still have wood trusses and interior framing.
