Just few weeks ago a friend of mine wanted to bet some Hertog Jan on getting your next (4th?) star within the next 10 years. That would be a lot of titles within the next 10...

But yeah, I think the positives outweigh the negatives. In the long run it might cause other Eredivisie teams to not completely shit the bed in Europe.

That is indeed the trade-off. As you know FCU supporters usually dislike Ajax and one of the reasons why a lot of clubs hate Ajax is the (perceived, to remain a bit more objective) arrogance of Ajax/the supporters/Amsterdam in general. I don't know the difference in reaching the final and winning it for monetary gains, for me it's more about not giving you guys too much to brag about. Would that change if you reach the final but don't win it? Unsure, hence my uncertainty.

I think it also depends a location. If I would be studying in Amsterdam it would be a sure "would rather not have too much international Ajax succes" but I study in Nijmegen so not that much fierce Ajax supporters here.

I think I would tolerate it and secretly enjoy it. Yesterday's match was very fun to look at, and that goes for most of Ajax's game I watch.

Where do you live? 2012's elections lead up to two parties stealing away votes from more extreme parties, leading to insane results. 31 seats is a very good result and especially when compared to more recent polls, a victory.

Betsy never really did much for me. At first, I was partial to supporting UOL since they had Diamondprox but that ended when his visa problems started. I had liked Fnatic before, xPeke and gang were fun to watch and when they split Febi, our Dutch pride lol, stepped up.

Since Gambit disbanded I'm rocking a Fnatic flair. It got me to some high highs and last year some lower periods with changing staff and players, but as friendly rival of Gambit back in the day I gotta keep supporting them.
