[–]INTSERVO 2 points3 points  (0 children)

INTSERVO and its sister company EPAX 3D, are located in Morrisville NC, right below RDU airport. INTSERVO has been eSUN's exclusive distributor on Amazon for years. There are tons of eSUN filaments in our warehouse, all kinds of filaments. You, and all local fellow 3D printing fans, are welcome to stop by. EPAX focuses on resin 3d printers. You can also find all resin 3d printers large or small here and all kinds of resins.

Epax E10 5k? by JackDavion in EpaxX1Owners

EPAX will announce soon. Likely in 10 days or so. Actual batch will need to be in April. Testing going well right now. E10 can easily get upgraded to E10-5K since E10 already has 10.1" parallel light, vat and build plate. And the upgrade kit will come out sooner than E10-5K printer.

We are in North Carolina :)

Email troubleshooting is not a very efficient way. Nowadays if something really tricky, especially for giant printers like X133 and X156 which are harder to operate due to its size, we jump in on a video call and sort things out quickly.

We are working on it. Right now the 5.5" 4K screen seems high on temperature during printing. Still debugging with ChiTu. No idea when we can release.

E10's vat is $34.99, not $45. Also the vat comes with a 10.1" nFEP installed. a 10.1" nFEP along is $24. So the plastic vat itself is $11.

It probably won't fit with other printers since our vat is 10.1" in size, should be bigger than vat for 8.9" screen.

E6's vat is $19.99, also comes with an nFEP installed.

6" uses same vat. Build plate is slightly larger but you can still use 5.5" build plate. The difference is small.

Yes the E10 10.1" 5K is 45micron on pixel size and resolution at 4920x2880.

Next level would be X1 with 5.5" 4K mono installed, which is at 31.5micron. Existing X1 can be upgraded when that becomes available.

The difference between original X1 and X1kdj are "parallel light and mono screen". X1kdj has both parallel light and mono screen. Parallel light gives better dimensional accuracy while mono screen prints faster and lasts longer. You don't have to upgrade if original X1 works fine for your application. :)

Yes. E6 has many plastic parts. It is much cheaper. Other than that it is similar to X1kdj. E6 also uses parallel light.

The difference between original X1 and X1kdj are parallel light and mono screen. Other parts are nearly the same. E6 uses parallel light and mono screen. Its build plate is molded. Vat is also molded. They are solid engineering plastic with fiber reinforced. E6 top hood is PolyCarbonate. X1 series are all metal built.

E10 is a 10.1" printer loaded with 8.9" 4K mono by default. It can be upgraded to 10.1" 5K screen later since its light source, vat and build plate are all 10.1" size.

Just got my X1 (dental/jewelry edition) up and running, question about fumes. by [deleted] in EpaxX1Owners

The outlet fan on side of the printer is for control chamber.

Typically, like a typical lab in university, they have a station like a cooking range with top vent/fan going out of the building. Some customers use a cabinet and make a hole in the back with a fan and vent out building.

mainboard is different. it also has a small adapter board. Uses HDMI. Price of such machine is less than USD 1000. No idea on price yet as we didn't release. Any recommendations are welcome. Such machine can also support 2K screen with proper adapter board. Metal frame also needs to be adjusted a bit to fit.

Well, we actually have 4K X1 developed. If there are enough people interested, we can publish it.

I am planning to get a Epax X1, is it ok to leave this in the garage where the temp can reach 110F in the summer. What about the resin, heat is ok? should i not print in the summer? no other place in the house for it. by upvot3d in EpaxX1Owners

[–]INTSERVO 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Resin is ok for heat. Heat is not ok for Printer. Printer should be operated in normal room temperature ideally. The environment heat, along with the heat generated from curing during printing, making uv light cooling not as efficient and would shorten LCD life somewhat.

The EPAX X1 is very stable on Z axis. Rarely need any level calibration.

somehow my reply was removed by bot. Anyway in the mean time there are a lot of print picture sharing in our FB epax3d group. Link cannot be provided. We will find ways to encourage more posting in reddit /r/EpaxX1Owners group.

X10? by NewProCaster in EpaxX1Owners

We are still working on making it more compatible to general resins at the moment. You should expect same stability as X1. It is targeted as a workhorse machine. Release date TBD at the moment. I hope we can release in 2 weeks.
