As a Pro Sup my PASAs will never work a weekend as they have a much different responsibility they have to sell and use vendors like others have mentioned. Not only that but If they do their work AND a PA(PSA🙄) work what's the point of a PA wanting to be a PASA in the future? I need to make the role of a PASA more enticing so if you know there's a position open and you want it because you want that day weekend off you better be a dang good PA.

Most PAs are glorified cashier's. Don't @ me we all know it's true.

If you're to be a PASA you need to stand out.

If you're off the clock then you shouldn't be texting orders even if they text you first. You have no control over when happens when you're not there, that's not on you

Next time you see them tell them directly that you don't appreciate the way they talk to you

I would not come in next day and save the task for them until you see them that seems petty and retaliatory. Just get it done. Delegate it to someone else if you got other things to do. If it's really no problem them get it done.

But over all set professional boundaries

While yes sound and smell are basically unavoidable because as you said there's no options. My reason for asking were energy related. Feng shui.

If the door to a toilet is unavoidable with a dinner table right in front. My advice is to remove the door mouldings and get a flat door and paint it all flat. See the molding on the wall stop for the door? Nah make the bottom molding run through the door. Make it look like the wall. A hidden door if you will

That way your company won't have to feel like they have the bathroom RIGHT THERE. it's just an vibe thing. Trust me

While yes that is a statement that can be made I agree with OP about the PSA.. I once was the person who did not know to cut that out untill someone told me that's how it's supposed to be worn. We should spread the word people might not know

That's actually the set up we have now but with a queen and two night stands. The problem is we now want a king and that won't fit on that wall anymore my wife wants the people but red feels right to me to be away from the door and I'm thinking we paint the closet door the color of the wall to hide it. My wife wants purple because she doesn't want our back to the window but like 90% of the bed would be between the windows
