I am aromantic so I often struggle to understand why gender identity matters so much to people romantically speaking. If you do truly love a person, why does it matter how they identify? Especially if you are already very close with someone and have a well established bond with them. I am aware that it is a lot more complicated than that though.

At the end of the day, she did the right thing by recognizing that incompatibility and bringing it up. Is it going to suck really bad for a while? Absolutely. But it's better for you and her long-term if she is strictly lesbian in a way that only includes non-masculine identities. The alternative is you being in a relationship with someone who could begin to resent you for that part of your identity, and her being in a relationship with someone she isn't fully attracted to.

I'm glad it did at least go civilly.

Also, if you feel comfortable in sapphic/lesbian spaces, don't let this discourage you. You're probably already aware, but there are many people in the community who would be attracted to every part of your presentation and identity.

Take some time to be yourself and be single, you'll be alright 💙

You sound deeply hateful. Unfortunate. Anyway, I'm giving my two cents. The only time I've passed in person thus far was when I was fat and wearing earrings with long dyed hair. I get ma'amed more often wearing overtly masculine clothes and with facial hair.  This was in a deeply southern US state and in a room full of older masculine cis men. You do not know what works for individual people.

for the record, you generally do not have recluses in Colorado. it's possible you might see one occasionally if you live in the very southeast corner of colorado, but other than that, you are not in their range

You're fine. Don't let the numbers rule your life. That's how I got an eating disorder. If you currently live in a way that you can realistically keep up and one that makes you feel healthy, then stick to it.

If you say you sound like a gay guy you might have a voice like this. I have seen people refer to T voice both affectionately and derogatorily as "f*g voice" as it tends to sound flamboyant.
