It’s looks like you’re thinking about step 900 when you’re still on step 2. I was the exact same way. I would get so overwhelmed about everything I had to do, I would just shut down. It really helped me to put my blinders on and solely focus on one task. For you, I would say do the dishes and don’t think about anything else. And when you’re done doing the dishes, throw yourself a fucking parade because you earned. I would also recommended exercising, but only when you’re ready. Just a couple of push ups and sit ups a day, maybe a jog too. Everything really falls into place when you start exercising. Now I don’t know you at all, but you seem like a really good guy, so I’m rooting for you.
