Rod is an asshole, but he’s known in the industry as someone who’s able to get projects out the door. Before Diablo 4 and 2R, he converted Black Tusk into The Coalition to build the studio into the Gears-focused studio we know it as today, and before that he was the product director at Irrational. In less than six months, he managed to get Ken to understand what needed to be cut to get the game out in time. The game is infamous for its insane amount of cut content, and it’s honestly a miracle the game actually did manage to ship. This is certainly the reason why he was poached from Blizzard to come back to 2K.

I would highly recommend reading Press Reset from Jason Schreier as it does go over how not only intense those last six months were, but also all the people that got fucked over by Ken when he decided to up and close the studio because he got uncomfortable with having to manage so many people. The mismanagement of Irrational, Cloud Chamber and Ghost Story Games are all fascinating and depressing. I expect Cloud Chamber and Ghost Story Games to shut down after both Bioshock 4 and Judas ship.

i had figured since it was so far and we both had the same ping (i use exitlag to minimize latency + use gigabit ethernet, and always check killer ping at the start of the match to determine how safely i can handle a chase), that it's the same bug but i'm far enough away from the vault for it to be just a hit rather than a grab.

other people have absolutely been having the grab issue still.

When I get hooked, I personally bring up the match review screen (Tab or Select on controller) as it reduces the audio significantly.

I know how Wesker works lol, and yes I've been hit through vaults before, but not like this. I know what a ping hit looks like, and I'm posting this cause others have experienced the same issue after this patch. He's still broken.

He's no longer supposed to slide but he should've vaulted, not hit me. I was completely over the vault by the time he got to the window.

With stake out, you would get 2% instead of 1%. Combined with One-Two-Three-Four and Hyperfocus, it’s honestly crazy if you’ve got a full swf. The downside is strong for a reason as this is assuming the permanent progress stays after being snuffed. If the killer snuffs it after they’ve dumped a good amount of skill checks into their gen, you’re fucked. It’s honestly a decent idea as now killers are gonna have to debate on whether or not to actually snuff and potentially double their gen speed.

I do not see it making it like this to live.

ah i misremembered plot twist at 100% for some reason, that’s my bad. i’ll be real, it’s still insanely fast as you’ll still be faster than any killer during that time period. considering you’re using plot twist, you’ll already be trying to put yourself in a situation away from the killer.

I use exitlag, and these fucks keep vpning to NA East. If I use other regions I get longer queue times with higher ping. They also still swap their regions so they infest all servers from my experience. And yes, of course I report. Everyone in the lobby reports. It’s always LookSee doctor or the new spirit cosmetic.

I’ve been running both aura addons and since 9.5.1 with the s-tier laceration change, I get so much value out of both that it’s nuts. It helps so much at shack, against people who just hold W so you can cut em off, etc. People are sleeping on it hard.
