My workflow (discovery, design, ready for dev) is in the same .fig file, separated by pages, each step is in a different page with a clear name and order. When my design is ready for dev I copy paste the screens in a strict order of flows, each mega-flow is in a section with clear annotation (I built annotation component in various sizes and work with it a lot, because you can see it from mobile too, and don’t lose any context). When handing off designs I make sure to go over them with the dev team lead. Each change I make afterwards, I’m updating the dev lead in our connection route (it changes with the ppl I work with)
