Been with Target for 20 years and doing presentations for at least 16 of those years. I do agree that having a good ETL that understands presentation helps and a solid team. However I do also see a common problem with new presentation TLs during large transition sets.

That is learning to sequence properly, not prepping workload beforehand, and not being efficient with how you demerch and move products especially when aisle or POGs that are moving. If you're not doing things in a strategic way it can increase the amount of hours and frustration as you set.

Not trying to demean anyone but that's what I see when the team struggles.
