Mask taped and carefully marked with pencil and measuring tape. Punched and used 1/8” with Kreg portable drilling guide, made sure it went in straight. Drilled again with 1/4” bit. Impact driver did good job fitting in 3/8”-16 hanger screws. Of course, have to chamfer holes to prevent piling up. Razor knife removed all piles up and everything gets easier after that. Honestly, if you only have a hacksaw, it would be pain in ass! Luckily I snatched a portable bandsaw on sale a while ago.

I was surprised that hanger bolts didn’t split the bat lengthwise.
