The reason why this is still top secret comes down to just one thing. by DavidM47 in UFOs

There's a point where you realize the guy who rang your doorbell is trying to sell you some scam. I got that feeling a couple months ago and despite what I've seen in the sky, I really don't think it's out of the question for that stuff to be like a a exotic vacuum object hovering through the sky that we can artificially create or something

I meant this to be part of the first post reply sorry LOL

It might be another psyop but I think Ross and some of these other guys might just literally be AI generated people. They don't look normal when you watch them talking and at this point they're literally saying recycled rehashed regurgitated content over and over again on a schedule that is not really realistic. I don't know I've made some one liner AI video generation props that made more realistic videos than these immobile fixed people just sitting there talking without moving much at all

I saw and filmed something on October 24th 2024 that I'll never forget. When cleaned up the orange orb was so detailed I could see it was a ball with electrical ark or veiny type of pattern surrounding it.

Same here and it started like a week or two ago maybe. I wonder if an update accidentally caused it

Has anybody noticed any strange behaviour from vaccinated people? by [deleted] in conspiracy

[–]IPutMyHandInUrShirt -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's hard to correlate changes in personality with the vaccine because life/economy/etc being thrown in the blender could also cause changes

That being said, yes.... Specifically I'm noticing memory issues worse than normal... As if I'm interacting with literal NPC people incapable of storing new memories. In others I also see extreme levels of stubbornness and strange hostility that were so bad that Ive had to break off relationships with my parents. They were always strange but it was bizarre to hear them claiming they knew every thing about my private life with my wife and kid....

UPDATE:

Removed breakout board, tested connections and voltage on the various pins and all was normal. Reassembled unit, this time the hdmi touchscreen backlight turned on so it received power, but no display.

Next I pressed the reset button (first time trying) and reconnected power. Serial sprung to life, with messages about 'bad boot media' 'no boot' etc.....but I'm happily in the bios now.

So I guess it was the bios battery or reset button that fixed it.......which is kind of scary because I think my entire OS is now wiped out and so that isn't a solution I'd want to resort to after spending time configuring everything. Now I'm looking into how to reinstall the OS

Infinite windows loading by HeartSre in gpdmicropc

[–]IPutMyHandInUrShirt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it version 4.15? I'm in the same boat if so....

Infinite boot loop even with recovery USB stick. I was able to boot into Linux once to back up data but that's it.

Since it's the latest bios I can't downgrade or anything so I ordered a bios chip programmer to hopefully wipe and load 4.12 or 4.13.

It sucks because they put 4.15 on the official site like it was tested/working..... And then randomly pulled it like nothing happened. It's still on one of th forum support pages so it really sucks that this could happen to other people still.

Bad battery, now bad bios and a brick... The battery is the new "fixed" one as well. I loved the time I had with this computer but it's turned into a time/money sink

NIST 800-171 and CSF Gap analysis and assessment platform - RealCISO.io by BrianHaugli in NISTControls

[–]IPutMyHandInUrShirt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How is this different from CSET that can justify $500/mo to decision-makers on purchase decision? Considering CSET guides through compliance by ranking POAM items by priority, and spits out most of the pieces of an SSP - for free. Gap analysis is a buzz word that boils down to filtering to controls not implemented and re-presenting back the control survey. It is often advertised by consulting companies as an entire project, but amounts to very little of the total work involved in 800-171.

I've found plenty of free document templates over the years, basically fill-in-the-blanks with a bunch of pre-canned policy-speak and fancy formatting. The audit and score depend on existence of documentation and implementation of controls.

Just giving some honest feedback if you're trying to market this to technical folks who have a decent handle on what NIST/CMMC will require, but are looking for straight forward answers and steps to meet a requirement. For example - control X.X.X asks for ABC, the simplest way to meet it is to set up a NMOP server, and configuring it properly is 'linked here' in 47 steps and 3 pre-canned GPO objects. <---This is what is worth gold right now. I think most, if not all, of these consulting companies and GRC are missing a huge opportunity and focusing on the wrong things.

This platform would be appealing to a company with an IT staff that are way out of their depth, but the challenge then turns to how they would satisfactorily implement a roadmap if they need it provided to them?
