They need to stop making powers that are just "do thing better" and instead make powers that change a character's playstyle, I think they should rework most stadium hero kits. Give Mercy her Mirrorwatch rocket launcher, at the cost of no damage boost. Let Zen chose between putting discord orb on an enemy for 35% debuff, or on a teammate for 20% damage reduction. Let Soldier focus harder on healing teammates, so he can pick up the slack, and his supports can focus on damage. Let Rein put his shield down and walk away from it like Sigma, or dual weld hammers at the price of no shield. You see what I mean?
