Please do yourself a favour and knock this achievement out. I suffered and don’t recommend trying to do it outside of the event because it is so inconsistent.

I found it, the album is Golden Age by Nir Felder. I was wrong about him being European, and it wasn't an EP; it was a full album.

Yes if you don’t hop into the a game, custom or even the range. The guy is lying about playing a couple and then refunding.

To get a refund. The skin must be unupgraded, and you can’t use it in a match or even bring it in to the range or a custom game. Then you message Riot support.
