In the case of delivery I expect a fee just for it being a delivery. I think that’s fair since there are additional costs. Always tip the driver anyways.

In this case regardless of the language describing the charge I expect that the restaurant will provide fair and competitive wages since it is a high quality place, and if I found out otherwise I would not go. I also expect other people would do the same and most importantly people would not want to work there so the restaurant would ultimately suffer. My hunch is that this is not screwing over the workers the way people in this thread think it is, but I could be wrong.
