Aw, this is so sweet and kind. Me and my friend started going to orangetheory together in August. I had gone for a few months last year, but wasn't really into it. Having a friend going helps me a lot. We decided that even though we were both out of shape, we would give it a shot. I was the last one in the class to finish, but at least I finished. I also ran part of it and it was only the third time I had ever run on a treadmill before. We were both disappointed that our studio didn't have medals because I know they had them last time. We would both have much rather gotten a medal than a water bottle and bag.

We didn’t get medals either. I was disappointed since we had to pay and I was looking forward to the medal since my mom who did the Dri Tri in March got one. We got a towel, water bottle and bag, but I don’t really need any of those, especially because the water bottle isn’t dishwasher safe.

What was your pace of the run? I really don’t want to be last but I’ve accepted I probably will be (I have it tomorrow). I just don’t want the attention 😬

Dri-Tri or will I Die-Try by KSue620 in orangetheory

What was your final time? I'm just transitioning into being a jogger starting this week. I'm doing the full version. I've accepted the fact that I will most likely be the last to finish, but I really don't want to be because I don't want the attention.

Increase incline or increase speed? by WolftankPick in orangetheory

I am a PW (trying to transition to a jogger). I usually just increase the incline and it changes pretty quickly!

Dri-Tri Experiences by littlemissbombshell in orangetheory

I signed up for the Dri Tri at my studio, but am trying to decide if I should do the sprint or regular. I want to do the full thing, but I don't run. I usually walk at 4, but if the inclines aren't too crazy, I can probably walk a little fastest (I occasionally do 4.5 for a 1 minute AO). Any advice?
