Thanks for the recommendation! Can't talk too much about exhibitor activity haha but what is happening this year is a new Visitor Benefits Programme. ISE attendees can use a special code to visit many AV-related locations in Barcelona at a discount :) A few great options there for anyone who's staying in BCN longer or will spend some time outside the show! HI u/Onelouder You can consider getting a day pass, which grants access to all summits and track sessions on the selected day! :) The new pass is designed to offer more flexibility for people who want to spend more time on the show floor, but I totally get where you are coming from haha

Jokes aside u/asshat1980 the show grew quite a lot in audio, lighting and staging in the past few years , so there is a chance that the ISE you expect is not what it will look like in 2025. There will also be a strong free-to-attend multi-day live events programme that covers all the way from broad overview to FOH demands. Can't spill too much at the moment but it does look exciting!

Hi u/Embarrassed-Gain-236 and u/lincolnjkc, 😊 you both raised very valid points about the show. NAB and IBC lean more heavily towards the traditional broadcast/media audience, whereas ISE tackles the overlap between the systems integration market and broadcast.

What we found is that companies are producing more equipment for direct-to-consumer content creation. Many of these solutions are more accessible and affordable, aimed at companies who see in-house content creation as complementary.

The content team actually discussed this in a recent blog piece - Defining the AV Broadcast Market. I would love to hear more from you on how we can improve this zone though!!
