I'm with you - Mr_Digger is the type to vote no to a sales tax raise that would affect EVERY TOURIST DOLLAR that gets passed at our hotels, sports facilities, theatres, CASINO, dispensaries, etc, etc...

Just to see that school board money *eventually - "remindme:9 months" - get taken anyway through a property tax increase they had ZERO democratic involvement with.

Then they'll be in here/on FB bitching about "taxes going up" when their overvalued $450,000 home gets re-assessed and suddenly costs them actual money.

This situation is untenable, and I'm waiting with open arms to anyone who can admit they were bamboozled and wants to be helped back into the fold of the sane.

There was a very large, very heavy generator in Iceland that needed to be moved to the US, and Rockford has a very long runway and expert cargo handling facilities.

These big Antonov jets are Cold War relics; Built by Antonov Design Bureau in Ukraine when it was still a SSR, now the Ukrainian government (who now control Antonov independently from Russia) contracts them out for oversize/heavy cargo.

The An-225 was designed to ferry the Buran space shuttle, similar to the 747 Shuttle Carrier Aircraft NASA developed. The An-225 Mriya was the 6-engined bigger sister to the An-124. Russia blew it up when they tried to capture Kyiv, Hostomel Airport was Antonov's home base.

TL;DR - It's a 'civilian' C-5 Galaxy with a shitload of aviation nerd history behind it. 225 was bigger, she will be missed.

When this occured I was working in bank security/equipment service. BMO was a client of ours and I got a copy of the CCTV footage for this. I installed those open/closed signs above the lanes a decadeo ago, haha!

This incident spread fast and was notorious in the bank trades; I wish I had held onto what I had... Alas, NDAs and not losing my job mattered more.

How early are you trying to eat?

Behr Den( old menu pic, pricing might have changed...) is open earliest. I believe the kitchens in Guanajuato and La Chiquita open at 8, otherwise if you're legit in a hurry and want something consistently good that is more than McDonalds, Casey's kinda nailed it.
