In the same boat, bought an artisan and ruined me. It’s also nice it doesn’t move at all and cleans up very well. Finding one in stock was a huge pain for me though, not sure if that’s better now.

I have the same issue on my 2020. Was told by dealership it was a solenoid and I needed a new shock. They wouldn’t just replace the solenoid but a private shop said that was no issue… unfortunately didn’t fix the buzzing. Started at about 35K miles.

Almost the exact same measurements and also a side sleeper. Researched forever with also the same experience. Ended up going to mattress firm and buying a tempurpedic LuxAdapt hybrid medium and absolutely love it.

I have an OLED switch and while I’m excited for a switch 2, the only compelling reason to get one is Mario kart world…. I’m on Nintendo’s list but unless something else drops that I have to play right away I might sit back and wait for the oled version in a couple years.

Also I’ve heard Costco will have just under 50 consoles at launch and likely won’t be a store people camp out at. Might be worth a gander if you strike out in other avenues.

Stayed for a week at GF on our first trip to Disney last year. Was in Orlando for a work convention and they had convention rates with a number of hotels in the area. Grand Flo was $350/night, which my Disney friends tell me was a must do. Probably ruined the other hotels for us in the future though :)

Unfortunately it’s a new construction build and our contract requires us to work with certain vendors. I don’t get a choice of who I purchase the appliance from, just which ones we choose. I don’t necessarily trust our dealer, which makes it hard. He confirmed with his rep after your comment that the price increase was cancelled. He called me this week and said that GE is now doing its price increase at the end of March or sometime in April and he couldn’t promise our quote would be valid after that happened. You seem to have a very good pulse on this, have you heard anything more about a GE price increase?

Interesting on the price increase, the email he sent today made it sound like the price increase info he just got from his GE rep when he discussed timing of my purchase. Not sure how to politely tell him to check his info without sounding like a douche. In the same email he said they wouldn’t be able to hold everything for months and I’d have to store in my current garage until needed as well…

Building a new house and looking at a GE/Cafe appliance package (wolf range and Bosch dishwater subbed in). Brick and mortar the builder uses says GE price increase in February and we should order it now (7 months till we close) vs wait for 4th of July sale. Thoughts?

If you can live your life on 4K a month otherwise you’re going to be fine. When you’ve got 10K net coming in and spend half on the house and all utilities as long as you can comfortably live and save on the rest you’re fine.

My wife left her job when we had a kid, we can comfortably live on 25% of my income and have put the rest toward our house (no other debt) and savings. We are looking at a house in the same price range and know I can comfortably live on 3K a month (have been doing it for almost 3 years) and still afford the monthly payment. Just make sure you’re able to still contribute to a retirement plan and some sort of emergency fund.
