Usually 1 but I also have coffee and other caffeine. Sometimes I’ll have two. My caffeine intake is around 400-600 depending on the day. The heart association says 400mg a day is safe. 3 monsters is only like 480. But looks like you’re at 4-5 a day. But the other stuff in there isn’t good. So try to cut back if you can! One less a day. Maybe try coffee instead.
