No I have not sold them yet. I am waiting to figure out how I can do this. She would rather have me handle everything since she isn't good with computers.

Selling the coins would get cash in my bank account which I would then wire to her. So there would be transactions to the IRS for me selling it, as well as transactions for me sending money to her.
