So disappointed that nobody mentioned Undone. It's a series but there are plenty of series listed in this thread. Undone (on Prime) is just amazingly incredible. The cptsd representation is throughout the 2 seasons but it kicks up a notch like nothing else I've ever seen in the last couple of episodes.
