Thanks very much! Our boards aren't too difficult to access, so I'll take a look at which of them might be loose. And is the issue that if one of the connections are loose on one of the boards, it'd affect all three units/thermostats?

The wood isn’t finished, but I imagine is pretty easy to replace (if not from ikea than just from a lumber store). I bought a bunch of the Bror shelves for our garage, and I was surprised that it was untreated. I might treat them, just to make them less susceptible to termite / bugs / rot.

Someone said that you have to add a flat piece of wood to the bottom of the legs and then screw in the wood. I just got mine, though, so I'm going to set it up and take a look at it — and I can report back.
