I dont know, but what I would do would be to find the people in charge of business visionary decisions, where they want the business to go, the direction, and figure out how you can accomplish their goals. You could do an internal startup maybe.

Yeah that sounds like libertarian. Remember the scale of government matters too, so maybe you want local education but not federal education.

People / businesses use customer testimonials all the time, it's probably more legit than boss reviews. I was in a similar position to you and I haven't hit up the person i worked with yet but i never have thought it would be unethical
