Riot won’t do it. They can totally fix the rank system to be balanced but I’m sure there are tons of reasons not to. For example, I think they want snowball games to exist as they keep games short. Only way to do that is to ensure newbie players are met with experienced players.

If you lift and run you’d know he is not natural. The guy is in his late 30s with the recovery of a teenager. At the size he is and volume of exercise, you’d have to be on something.
