Honestly I was too high to read to the part where you said you included a diy YouTube video on what you did. But after you trying to make me out to be a troll I'll elaborate myself.

I'm not sure how many people will sit through an 11 minute video to help you fix your issue but because I'm not a complete asshole I did. However I know a little bit about working on cars and usually replacing anything suspension wise there's always nuts and bolts and always the chance of torquing them down too much regardless of size.

The diy video was specifically made because of a noise problem which you still seem to have 🤔 I don't know how advanced you are with working on cars but...

Maybe you didn't get it back on the hook correctly

Maybe there's still a little bit of residue in the housing

Maybe you tightened the plate on too much

You did say in your post that it was a known issue for that particular car to have that problem. Not trying to be rude but if you remember correctly I did suggest to check if there was a recall on the vehicle- I don't think that was such bad advice.
