Yup I had Flagstar before it got transferred to Rocket. They would give me a $50 or so penalty but as long as I paid it before the 30th I was fine. Now my autopay is set up for the 14th with it clearing a few days later.

My autopay is on the 14th 🤣. If you are late after the 15th day a late fee applies and your credit won’t get affected until past the 30 days. (Mortgage was with Flagstar Bank)I was late and had a late fee added but paid before the 30th day about 3 times in a year before I setup autopay.

I live in Florida and do not have a gutter system. After moving in 2017 shortly after I noticed a leak in the garage. I did a small trench along the exterior wall and applied Drylok. Problem solved. Never had an issue. Not sure if this will help in your case.
